Cancellation Policy
- 48-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% service fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 100% service fee.

Service Adjustments
You have a 7-day window following your appointment to request any adjustments to your color or cut at no additional cost.
✨ Your satisfaction matters: If you're not completely happy with your service, please reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right!
Refund Policy
There are no refunds available for any services rendered. However, all services can be revised within a seven-day period following your appointment.
Guest Policy
Guests are welcome to join but must wait in the waiting room during services. For safety and sanitation, only one person is allowed in the suite at a time.
